Account suspension and ban policy

In The Nemesis users can be suspended or banned for different reasons, such as the use of mods, the use or abuse of bugs and or game mechanics, the manipulation of protected data and game codes and other types of interferences in the game experience of other players.

The use of multiple accounts, cheats, exploits, or any other dishonest practices is strictly prohibited. Each user must have one dedicated account, used only by the registered individual. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage, including through fraudulent practices, may result in penalties such as disqualification, loss of prizes, and suspension or termination of the account. The Company reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate actions to maintain fairness and transparency.

The suspension from The Nemesis related to these reasons can be temporary or permanent (ban), according to the seriousness of the violation and the irrevocable decision by The Nemesis.

If users are temporary suspended by The Nemesis, in case of a subsequent violation, they will be punished with a permanent ban. When the user is temporary suspended, they will not be able to access The Nemesis until the suspension end date, which will be notified to the user via email, in case their email is known.
In addition to the suspension, all in-game assets on their The Nemesis account will be reset. Also the progresses, the inventory properties and objects will be lost, including the progresses affecting the crypto assets.
Any decision taken by The Nemesis about the suspension and ban of users is permanent and irrevocable.

The Nemesis thanks who cooperate and actively participate in good faith in the resolution of bugs or share any information which could be useful for potential technical improvements.
