How to Delete Your Account Via External Form

We understand that you may choose to delete your account for various reasons.

We are now offering users the option to request account deletion also through an external form. Please be aware that this action is irreversible, and all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted!

The account deletion is possible anytime and you can choose between two methods: In-App Account Deletion and Account Deletion via an external form. To request the account deletion with the associated data outside the app, please follow the steps below.

Fill in the required information and submit the form. Then, check your email: a verification link will be immediately sent to your address, so that you will be able to confirm your request!

After you have clicked on the verification link, we will receive your account deletion request. Please note that the account cancellation activities may take up to 30 days. You will not receive any further communications from us!
