How to Register & Complete KYC

- Access Coinstore via Desktop, Apple Store or Google Play Store
- Click on Login / Register (you can register with mobile/email)
- Verify your email
- Click on "send PIN code"
- Type in the PIN code
- Set your password and insert invitation code if any
- Login to your account
- Once logged in click on KYC
- Insert your details and complete Advanced KYC by following the instructions given

How to Buy NEMS token on Coinstore
On the Homepage of the Coinstore Application, click “Trade/Buy Crypto”


Select the Fiat Currency
Click the Fiat Currency on the top right corner to make a selection
After selecting the fiat currency, you can select the cryptocurrency on the “Buy Crypto” page by clicking cryptocurrency underneath the Buy/Sell button (only USDT purchasing is supported currently).

Enter the Buy Amount / Quantity
You can enter the desired purchase amount/ quantity by entering the Buy Amount / Quantity. You can also check the live exchange rate underneath the input field offered by the selected Service Provider.

Select the Service Providers
Based on the selected Fiat Currency and Cryptocurrency, the available Service Providers will be shown in the drop-down selection list. The service provider with the best exchange rate will be selected by default.

Following info will be shown for the Service Provider
a) Service Provider Name
b) Live Exchange Rate
c) Purchasing Limits
d) Supported Payment Methods

*Live Exchange Rate is only used for reference. For the final purchasing exchange rate, please refer to the price shown on the Service Providers’ Websites.

Initiate the Purchase
Please double-check the info selected and entered before you initiate the purchase on the third-party service provider website. Click the green “Buy” button on the page and select “Agree” for the pop-up Disclaimer, and you will be transferred to the third-party website for completing the purchase process.

Once you have made a successful purchase, you can check the order detail by clicking the top right corner for purchasing orders, both for P2P purchasing and third-party purchasing.

How to Deposit and Withdraw


Deposit
1) Log in to the Coinstore exchange, click "Assets" to enter the page and click "Recharge"
2) Select the currency, scan the code or copy the address and paste it to the withdrawal platform
3) Wait for the confirmation of the block and then recharge to the account, please check it in your "wallet account"

*Please ensure the accuracy of the address when recharging and copying the address. If your recharging address is wrong, or you choose to recharge digital assets on the main network that does not support the currency, you will not be able to retrieve your digital assets. Please be sure to verify your recharge information and proceed with caution.

Withdraw
1) Log in to the Coinstore, click "Assets" to enter, and click "Withdraw" to enter the coin withdrawal page
2) Select the currency, select the chain name, enter the withdrawal interface, enter the withdrawal address & quantity, and click "Withdraw"
3) Enter the verification code and click Next

*Please complete the real-name authentication before withdrawal.

Tips
Please ensure the accuracy of the address. If the address is incorrect, the account will be missed, and you will be responsible for the consequences. Please operate with caution.

If you choose BTC, please make sure that the currency you choose on the transfer platform is also BTC;

If you want to transfer to other platforms, please fill in the BTC deposit address of the other party's platform (equivalent to bank transfer, you need to fill in the other party's card number, and fill in the other party's deposit address into the withdrawal address here);

If you withdraw coins to your wallet: you need to open the recipient's wallet, click Receiving or Recharge, and get the receiving address of the corresponding currency;

After the withdrawal is successful, return to the "Assets" page, click "Fund Records", and select "Withdraw" to view the withdrawal records
